This program is a 'super-utility' which performs many useful functions. At the heart of this program is a routine which runs checks every few seconds. This interval can be configured, the default is 15 seconds. The following functions can be performed at the stated time interval (all are individually enabled or disabled):

ContactX is indispensable if you want to keep groups of contacts separated. This particularly applies to synchronizing business contacts with office systems when private contacts need to be kept out. Simply enter the name or details of the contact for whom you are looking, and ContactX searches through all of the contacts files in a specified folder.

If matching contacts are found in more than one database, you will be prompted to choose the preferred one.

MagicKeys performs two functions: 1) It offers a way to store and quickly insert text, sketch, and other items that you use frequently. 2) It can also collect and paste multiple items.
