Record, available in both English and German offers features
for all EPOC users. Owners of Revo-based devices can use Record to playback
and edit sound files. For owners of devices with a microphone, Record essentially
replaces Psion's version, in which more editing options are provided. The
readme file included in the download is well worth reading, as the application
supports a number of hotkey-style functions. |

It's a Voice Notes manager for your Series
5/5mx/Ericsson MC218. As someone who drives quite a bit in my job, I find
the Psion's Voice Notes / Recorder facility very handy (once you get over
the strangeness of talking to your Psion!) for capturing "to-do's"
and ideas as I'm driving along. At least, it works very well so long as
you want to review the Voice Notes you've made as soon as you next switch
your Psion on. |

The Series 5/mx and others have 'Record'
for recording and playing sound files. Although there's no microphone on
the Revo, it can still play sound files. Play lets you play a sound file.
It uses native Psion format sound files. Download sound files from the web
or convert them using PsiWin. INSTALL ON REVO ONLY. |

Lets you play selected multiple sound
files in a sequence. It's a bit like an MP3 player, only it uses native
EPOC32 format sound files. (Why create an MP3 player for the Series 5 when
the speaker cannot reproduce MP3 quality and MP3 files are larger anyway?)
FivePlay lets you set up PlayLists which play your audio tracks in the order
you want them.
