ContactX v5.50
|
Is indispensable if you wish to keep groups
of contacts separated. This applies in particular to synchronising business
contacts with office systems, where private contacts need to be kept out.
Simply enter the name or details of the contact you are looking for, and
ContactX searches through all contacts files in a specified folder. If
matching contacts are found in more than one database, you will be prompted
to choose the preferred one. This database will be foregrounded and the
matching contacts will be presented, to be exported to a new contacts
file if required. As an option files can be automatically backed up, to be restored with a push of the button. |

Compact! 1.34
|
Many programms use a database for storing data. Although new data is always added to the database, old and obsolete date is seldom or never removed. Deleting data from the data base does not necessarily mean that it will be physically erased off the disk. Consequently the database gets bloated and data believed deleted is still on the disk. Compact will let you decide when and which files you can compress. |

AgnClean 1.00
|
This is a program for cleaning agenda files from certain entries. The entries can be specified by symbol or a search text. It's possible for example to delete all entries with the symbol "p", or containing the text "privat". To reduce the risk of data loss, the program always makes a copy of your agenda, called the "target file". Entries are deleted only in the target file, the source file keeps unchanged. |

Merger 6.4
|
Is an ExAb plugin (or Macro5 macro) to find specific text strings in EPOC databases and paste these data into the document from where the macro was started. It is best explained with the following example. While writing a letter to my brother, typing "Linth" followed by Merger's hotkey results in a dialog showing the record with my brother's address data. By checking the boxes for the name and address fields, these data are pasted into the letter. |
